Public Offer

This document is an official public offer by Takushevich Vladimir, a self-employed individual — payer of professional income tax (Tax ID: CA7774946, Republic of Belarus, Vitebsk), hereinafter the "Provider", and sets out all essential terms for the provision of services through the website little-white.ru.

1. General

Acceptance (full and unconditional) of this offer is the placement and payment of an order on the website. Upon acceptance, the agreement is concluded on the terms of this offer and the related documents: the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Provider renders a service of granting access to self-developed software (WordPress plugins and themes, online services) and related setup and maintenance services. Payment for PRO versions is payment for the service of granting access to the software for the subscription period and does not constitute the sale of goods.

3. Price and Payment

The cost of services is stated on the website in Belarusian rubles (BYN). Payment is made by bank card via the bePaid service or via the ERIP system using the express-pay service. A professional income tax (NPD) receipt is issued for every payment.

4. Service Delivery

The service is deemed rendered upon granting access: the license key and download link are shown in your account (Orders section) and sent to the authorized messenger. The delivery procedure is detailed on the Service Delivery page.

5. Refunds

The terms and procedure for refunds are set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Personal Data

By placing an order, the user confirms consent to the processing of personal data to the extent and on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Personal Data Protection".
