Refund Policy

The service provided on little-white.ru is access to extended software functionality (PRO subscription). The service is digital in nature.

When a Refund is Possible

• A refund is available within 14 days of payment if the license key has not been activated (the service has not been rendered).
• A refund is also available if you can demonstrate that the PRO version has a significant defect that cannot be fixed by the developer within a reasonable timeframe.

When a Refund is Not Possible

• If the license key has been activated — the digital service is considered rendered from the moment of activation.
• After 14 days from the date of payment.

Refund Procedure

1. To request a refund, send an email to hello@little-white.ru with your order number and the reason for the refund.
2. The request is reviewed within 5 business days.
3. The refund is made to the bank card or account from which the payment was made within 7–10 business days after the request is approved.

Subscription Cancellation

The subscription does not renew automatically. After the paid period expires, PRO features stop working, but all data is preserved. The free version continues to work.
