These Terms of Use (hereinafter — "Terms") govern the use of the website little-white.ru and all products distributed through it: WordPress plugins, website templates, software for desktop and mobile devices (hereinafter — "Products").

Plugins are distributed free of charge under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL v2+). You may use, modify, and redistribute the plugins in accordance with the GPL terms.
Plugins are provided "as is", without any warranties, express or implied. The Developer is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the plugins.
By purchasing a PRO version of a plugin, you pay for a service providing access to extended functionality, updates, and technical support for a specified period (hereinafter — "Subscription"). The Subscription is not a sale of goods.
The license key is bound to one domain. You may deactivate the key and transfer it to another domain.
After payment, you receive a license key. Key activation marks the start of service delivery. PRO features are available for the duration of the paid subscription period.
When the subscription expires, PRO features stop working, but all collected data is preserved. The free version of the plugin continues to work. To restore PRO features, you need to renew the subscription.
Refunds are available within 14 days of payment, subject to the following conditions:
If the license key has been activated and the service has started, no refund is provided, as the digital service is considered rendered from the moment of activation.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason.
Analytics data provided by plugins (reading time, scroll depth, content audit scores, linking suggestions, 404 monitoring) is approximate and intended for informational purposes only. The Developer does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the data.
Website templates available for download may be distributed under open-source licenses (GPL, MIT) or a proprietary license. The specific license is indicated on each template's page.
Software for desktop and mobile devices may be free or paid. Licensing terms are specified on each product's page.
Plugins may connect to the Developer's external servers for the following purposes:
Visitor data and site content are not transmitted to external servers.
You may not:
Donations via Buy Me a Coffee, Ko-fi, PayPal, DonationAlerts and other platforms are voluntary and non-refundable.
The Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the website or Products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
For users in the European Union: these Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws of your country of residence.
In case of a dispute, the parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve it through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
